Eggless wheat bread on oven and stove top










Recipe
Wholewheat flour-3 cup
Yeast-11/2tsp
Warm water-300ml or 11/3cup
Milk powder-2tbsps
Honey-3tbsps
Veg oil or butter-2tbsp
Salt-a pinch

Method
Mix milk powder,yeast ,honey and warm water and keep aside for fermenting.for 10 minutes.After 10 minutes add thw flour ro frothy yeast mixture along with a dash of salt..and mix well with spatula to combine.You get a sticky mass.Transfee ro a wooden board or kitchen counter and knead adding buttee or oil.Stickiness reduces gently knead and transfer sticky dough to a clean bowl gresses with oil.Shape the sticky dough and apply oil on top and cover with cling wrap or tea towel and keep in warm place to raise.After an hour take out raised dough punch put air add two tablespoons of flour and knead gently.Tranafer dough to board or counter sprinkling flour and start spreading dough to a square shape with your palms.Shape by folding in both ends then rolling to one side as shown in video.Shape loaf and keep in loaf pan to raise covered with cling wrap for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes preheat oven to 180c or if on stove top preheat nonstick vessel with inverted plate inside on low flame.
Brush with cold milk on loaf top.Bake for 35 minutes in oven.On stove top keep pan inside and cover with fitting lid.Cover if any holes on lid.Bake in low to.medium flame.Mine got ready in 40 minutes.Brush with bitter in top when hot.
Let it cool in pan covered with tea towel.Cut after completely cool.Store in ziplock bag in slices for two days at room temperature.And 3 days in fridge.
