Ingredients
Beef-500gms
Marination
Shallots-6 nos crushed
Ginger garlic crushed -1 tbsp
Green chilly-5 crushed
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1tbsp
Coriander powder-2tbsp
Fennel powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala-1/2tsp
Pepper powder-1tbsp
Vinegar or lime juice-1tsp
Coconut oil-2tsp
salt as per your taste
Sauting
Shallots or Onion-1/4cup
Coconut pieces-4tbsp
Chilly powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/4tsp
Fennel powder-1tsp
Pepper-2tsp
Curry leaves
Coconut oil
Method
Clean beef and marinate with the ingredients given under marination for 30 minutes.
After 30 mins cook in pressure cooker.For me beef was done in three whistles.It depends on the type of beef you buy.
Heat oil saute cut shallots/onion for five mins add coconut pieces saute well..add pepper chilly powder and coriander powder,fennel powder,garam masala and add cooked beef and saute well till it becomes dry.Add little coconut oil and stir and cook for 5 minutes.Add curry leaves generously to enhance the flavour.
