Ingredients
Raw rice soaked overnight and grinded fine and seived or rice powder-1 cup
Water-1 cup
Oil-1tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Boil water with salt and oil add flour and mix well with boiling water and switch off flame when it forms dough like consistency.Cover and keep for five minutes.After five minutes take the dough to a flat plate and start kneading while its warm applyingoil in your hand.Make a smooth dough.Feom the dough make small lemon sized balls.Flatten each ball and roll them thin using rice dlour to avoid sticking(I used my roti press by applying little oil and pressing).After rolling all the dough balls heat tawa and start cooking each.rolled dough cook for 15 secs on each side flipping.It will puff up.Take care not to make it brown or burnt.
Your yummy soft pathiri is ready.
You can serve them soaked in coconut milk or any non vegetarian curries or vegetarian curry of your choice...😊
