Carrot Pista Kulfi

Ingredients
Carrot-1 big sliced
Almonds-10 soaked for three hours and skin peeled
Milk-2 cups
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Sugar-4 tbsp or as per your taste
Cardamom or rosr essence
Pistachios to garnish
Method
Cook sliced carrot and almond in pressure cooker.Grind them in blender.Boil milk with condensed milk and sugar till half its actual amount.Keep stirring..add the grinded carrot almond paste..boil for few more mins.Switch off flame add cardamom or rose essence.After it cools down pour in moulds or vessel and freeze for four to five hours.
Serve with pistachios garnished.. yum😊
