Ingredients
Maida...2 cups (gives 9 medium sized parotta)
Lukewarm water as reqd to make ur dough (i used 1/2 cup)
Salt..a pinch
Veg oil..1tbsp

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough..knead well for ten mins.keep the dough covered with wet towel for two hours.after that make palm sized balls out of dough.and each ball using oil well roll out as thin as you can...then from one end fold like saree pleats to end..then roll the pleated long dough to round...keep it under wet towel..use enough oil when you roll etc.likewise make such rolls.then using ur palm roll the rounded pleated rolls to medium size and cook on tawa applying litl oil top and bottom...till it turns golden brown flip on both sides..as it is hot clap the parotta keeping in between ur palms to loosen the parotta circles..ur yum parotta s ready😊
