Ingredients
Eggless vanilla sponge cake
Maida-1 cup
Sugar-9tbsp
Curd-1/2 cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
Veg oil-1/3 cup
Milk-4 tbsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Mango Jelly layer
Mango juice-1/2cup
Gelatin-1tsp
Mango mousse
Mango puree-4tbsp
Fresh cream-6tbsp
powdered sugar-1tbsp
Cover layer
White chocolate-50gms
Orange and yellow colour
Method
Prepare mango jelly by boiling juice with gelatin after mixing it well.Once cooled refrigerate in a container lined with cling wrap.
Preheat oven to 180c...Beat curd and sugar well till sugar dissolves.Add baking powder and soda and mix and kwep aside for five mins and you can see bubbles forming.Niw add veg oil and essence and mix well.Seive maida and add in three portions alternating with milk.Pour to a greased pan and bake for 25mins or till your toothoick comes clean when inserted.
Keep the cake for cooling.Meanwhile take the bottle remove sticker and keep for later use clean and dry well.Cut into half.Melt white cjocolate in microwave in high for twn mins again ten.mins..Add orange and yellow colour till you get the mango colour.Poyr on both halves of bottle and keep upside down on vessel for few secs so that chocolate is coated throughout.Keep for setting.After its set again pour chocolate and repeat the same process to coat another layer.Keep to set.I refrigerated to get fast result.Whip the mango puree frssh cream and oowdered sugar till stiff peak forms.Once cake is cooled cut four cake pieces according to the bottle space inside.Cut the mango jelly likewise.Now first keep a cake layer then mousse then jelly cake mousse layer jelly..on both halves and keep sometime for setting.Then take the halves slowly insert knife inside and cut the bottle layer and using rest of melted chocolate layer stick the halves together and stick the removed sticker around likewise.Keep for setting.Your yummy Mango bottle cake is ready...😊Cut and enjoy...
