Orange Burfi

Ingredients
Orange juice-1/2 cup
Maida-1/2 cup
Milk powder-1/2 cup
Sugar-1 cup
Orange zest or dessicated coconut-2tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Almond grated-2nos
Ghee-1 1/2 tbsp
Method
Heat ghee,add maida and stir and cook for seven minutes ie till the raw smell goes away.Then add milk powder mix in and cook..add sugar mix in and cook.To this add orange juice little by little along with cardamom orange zest or dessicated coconut (I used dessicated coconut).Cook till it becomes a thick mix.Switch off flame and transfer to a greased plate and let it cool in room temp or refrigerator.Garnish with grated almonds.
Cut and serve after two hours..Yum😊
