Apple cinnamon Braided Bread

Ingredients
Maida/All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Warm milk-3/4 cup
Sugar-1 tbsp
Yeast-1tsp
Butter-2tbsp
Salt a pinch
Filling
Apple peeled&sliced to small pieces (one apple)
Brown sugar-1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder-1tsp
Butter-1tbsp
Flour-1tbsp
Brushing
Butter and cinnamon powder-1tsp mixed
Method
Proof yeast in warm milk add sugar too.To the flour add salt butter and mix well add the fermented yeast milk mixture and knead to a smooth dough.If required add little water.Place the dough in a greased vessel and cover with wet towel and place in a warm place for two hours for raising.
After two hours punch out air from raised dough and knead well.peel and slice apple to pieces..add butter brown sugar cinnamon and flour and mix well.
Take the dough and roll out to rectangle shape.Place the filling in the middle throughout the length.On both sides cut equally one inch apart to braid.Start making braid by taking each cut portion over filling and lapping.Completely cover the filling such.Brush butter cinnamon mix on top and keep for 30mins for proofing.
After 30mins bake in preheated oven of 190c for 35mins.
