Baklava

Ingredients
Phyllo sheets
Maida-1 cup
Olive oil-1tbsp
water required to form a smooth satiny dough (i tuk almost 1/3 cup)
Salt a pinch
Filling
Cashews,badam,pista-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/4 cup
cinnamonpowder-1/2tsp
Syrup
Sugar-1/4cup
Honey-3tbsp
Water-1/2 cup
rose essence-1/2tsp

Melted butter-1/4 cup
Method
Add olive oil and salt to maida and add water little by little and form a smooth satiny dough and let it rest for an hour covered to relax gluten.
Meanwhile crush the nuts sugar and cinnamon in blender coarsely (i grinded them almost fine)
After an hour take the dough divide into 12 balls.The  first ball i rolled out thin using generous amount of flour on top of my pan in which I was planning to bake the baklava to get the measurement.Then greased the inside of pan with.buter and placed the firat phyllo sheet and applied butter on it throughout.Likewise roll three more sheets and place one by one on top of each sheet brushing butter throughout the sheet.Then spread ground filling throughout on top of buttered fourth sheet and place fifth sheet on top.After placing 8th sheet spread rest of filling and place remaining four rolled sheets on it..one by one buttered.After placing the last 12th sheet..make cuts and then brush butter on top.
Preheat oven to 170 and bake it for 50mins to 1hour till golden brown on top.
Meanwhile prepare syrup by boiling sugar honey in water till sugar dissolves well.Switch off flame and add rose water or rose essence
Once baklava is baked pour half of syrup on it throughout when hot itself.
Later when you serve too can serve with syrup on top.
