Choco swirl chocolate croissant

Ingredients
Pastry dough-normal ones and chocolate one (i used homemade)
Chocolate-250gms
Egg yolk-1 for egg wash
Method
For chocolate pastry dough take half cup maida in one bowl half cup in other.Add 1/2 tbsp butter a pinch of salt in each.Add 1tbsp cocoa powder in any one mix.Using required water knead to dough and refrigerate for four hours or above.Then take them out keep cold butter which is rolled lengthwise and keep in each rolled dough and cover all four sides with dough like envelope and roll on top use flour while rolling to avoid sticking.Refrigerate for an gour.Then take them out and roll again to rectangle and fold and roll and refrigerate for 30mins.Likewise do three times.After that rollnout both dough together into a rectangle and roll like swiss roll and cut pinwheel like balls.Flatten each punwheel dough and keep chocolate chunks at an end and roll them and shape like croissant.Do egg wash on them and keep for slight puffing for 30mins.
After 30mins bake in preheated oven for 10mins at 200c.
