Choco wheat Flower breads

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 cup
Cocoa powder(unsweetened)-1tbsp
Lukewarm water-1/2 cup
Yeast-1/2 tsp
Sugar-1/2 cup
Veg oil-1tbsp
salt to taste
Method
Proof yeast in water.Divide flour to half cups in seperate bowls.Add salt half tbsp oil each and four tbsp sugar to each bowl add cocoa powder to flour in one bowl.Now add the frothy yeast mixture little by little to both flour mixture and knead and form a smooth dough.Add water if required.
Keep in warm place for two hours for raising.After teo hours punch out air and knead well and in a mini muffin or bun tray arrange small dough balls like flower alternating normal and cocoa dough.
Keep for 30mins for proofing.
After that bake in preheated oven for 20mins at 180c after doing milkwash on top of the flowers.
