Apf-1 cup
Yeast-1tsp
Warm milk-1/2cup
Sugar-1tbsp
Salt a pinch
Butter-1tbsp
Filling
Butter-50gms
Sugar-3tbsp
Vanilla essence -1/3tsp
Method
Add yeast and sugar to warm milk and keep for proofing.once frothy and thick add it to flour mixed with butter and salt and form a smooth dough.keep for two hours in a warm place to raise.Once risen..punchout the air and knead well for ten mins and make five balls and keep for an hour for proofing.After an hour heat oil and fry the proofed buns in medium flame till golden brown.as the buns cool make filling by combining butter sugar and essence well.Once buns are cooled cut them into half and spread the cream filling and enjoy the delicious buns😍
