Dilkhush (coconut bun)

Recipe
Maida1 1/2 cup
Yeast-1 tsp
Sugar1 1/2tsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Butter-3tbsp
Salt-a pinch
Filling
Grated coconut-1/4 cup
Raisins,tuttifrutti,shredded cherries
Sugar-5tbsp
Mixed fruit jam-1tbsp(to bind the filling )

Method
In warm milk add yeast and sugar and keep aside till its frothy and risen..then to flour adď salt and butter mix..to it add yeast mixed milk which has risen ans make a soft dough and keep aside for two hours in warm place covered with wet towel...
After two hours punch out the air in the risen dough and knead for ten mins..
Make three balls out of dough..roll out three round or desired shape..keep the filling (all ingrdients under filling to be mixed well)on one and cover with the other and seal and roll on top slightly..make design of your creativity  with the third roll and keep on top or skip the design part keep it plain..with skewer prick small holes in betwen..keep under wet towel for 30mins for proofing..in preheated oven of 190c bake for 25mins till golden brown..yum dilkhush is ready😊
