Kerala style Spicy Chicken (Kozhi Mulagitadhu)

Ingredients
Chicken-500gms
Marination
Ginger garlic crushed-1/2tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2tsp
Pepper-a pinch
salt to taste
Spicy chicken
Grinding
Shallots (kunjulli)-10nums
Half of onion
Green chilly-3nos
Other ingredients
Onion sliced-1 big
ginger garlic crushed-3/4tbsp
Tomato sliced-2tbsp
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1tbsp
Fennel powder-a pinch
Garam masala-3/4tbsp
Coriander powder-3tbsp
Pepper-1tbsp
curry leaves
salt to taste
Method
Clean the chicken pieces and marinate with ingredients given under marination for 30mins.
Grind all the ingredients under grinding without adding water.
Heat oil in pan saute sliced onion..whn transclucent add ginger garlic crushed and saute..the n add the grinded mix and saute for five mins add tomato slices and saute for another five mins...Add turmeric powder chilli powder coriander powder fennel garam masala pepper (1/2tbsp)..and saute well till oil seperates and the raw smell goes.Take care not to burn the mix.Then to this add marinated chicken.pieces salt to taste as per your requirement and cover and cook without adding any water.
After twenty minutes mix slowly and cook till its well cooked and dry..this point add rest of pepper and curry leaves and mix well after five mins your kerala style spicy chicken (kozhi mulagitadhu) is ready😊
Goes well with ghee rice simple rice pulaos appams etc...
