Kuboos/Pita bread with wheat flour and Hummus

Kuboos/Pita bread
Wheat flour-2cups
Yeast-1 1/2tsp
Lukewarm milk-1 cup
Olive oil or veg oil-2tbsp
sugar-1tbsp
salt a pinch
Hummus
Soaked skin peeled cooked chickpeas-1/2 cup
Tahini-1/4 cup (dry roast 1/4 cup seasame slightly grind it and add few drops of sesame oil or veg oil and make a paste)
Lemon juice-3tbsp
Olive oil-1/4 cup
salt to taste
Method
Proof yeast in lukewarm milk along with sugar.To flour add salt and 1tbsp oil and start kneading pouring the proofed yeast milk mixture.Dough should be a smooth one not sticky or rough.You can add little water if required.Keep the dough in a warm place covered with wet towel for 3 hours.
Meanwhile prepare hummus.Take the prepared tahini (as mentioned in ingredients) in blender add lemon juice and blend it scraping sides.Add chana dal and olive oil and salt and blend well.till it forms a smooth paste.
Serve with olive oil on sprinkled and as per your choice.
After 3hours take the doubled up kuboos dough punch out air and knead.Make palm sized balls and roll and cook on hot tawa without any oil.It will bubble up first..flip sides and cook till golden brown and puffed up.
