Ingredients
Rava/suji-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Mango pulp from a medium sized ripe mango
Ghee-1tbsp
Water-1cup
Cashew-few
Saffron few strands
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Method
In a blender take peeled chopped mango along with cardamom powder and saffron and puree it.
Roast suji/rava in a little ghee and keep aside also roast cashew slightly and keep.
Boil water and sugar add suji/rava and stir when it slightly starts thickening add the mango puree and start stirring also adding the remaing ghee and when it thickens well add cashews and transfer to a desired bowl and serve hot or cool and serve..Garnish with cashew...yummy Mango kesari/sheera is ready😊
