7 layered Russian Honeycake

Ingredients
Apf/Maida-3 cups
Butter-2tbsp
Egg-3
Honey-4tbsp
Baking soda-1tsp
Sugar-3/4cup
Whipping cream (1 cup plus 2tbsp powdered sugar)
Method
Beat eggs with a fork and keep aside.in a pan heat sugar,butter and honey..keep stirring till sugar melts..start pouring beaten eggs in a stream whisking vigorously to avoid eggs gettg scrambled...once well mixed add baking soda and whisk well and switch off flame..start adding flour half cup..by half cup and folding till it becomes a unsticky dough...while its warm..then cut them into five equal balls
Preheat oven to 175c...
Roll each ball (u can use dough and roll if sticking)..like chapati...cut the ends to perfect round using a plate or something round..bake two rounded dough at a time for five mins..you bake five such flat ones with the rolls..keep for cooling..the extra ends cut off can be baked last and powdered in a blender to garnish the cake..meanwhile make your whipping cream ready...
Once cake slices are cooled...start spreading cream layer by layer...cover cake with the powdered crumbs..your yummm honey cake s ready..refrigerate overnite and then use for soft moist cake..your dough will be very sticky...tc while mixing...
