Apple pie Icecream bars

Ingredient
Apple pie filling
Apple-1 peeled and chopped to pieces
Lemon juice-1tbsp
Water-1/4 cup
Sugar-1/3 cup
Corn starch-1tbsp
Cinnamon powder-1/4tsp
Nutmeg-a pinch
Icecream
Heavy cream-1cup
Condensed milk-3/4 cup
Cinnamon powder-1tsp
Biscuit powdered-1cup
Melted butter-1/4 cup
Method
Soak the apple pieces in 1 tbsp of lime juice.
Take the biscuit powder and add melted butter and mix well till it forms like crumbs of sand.Arrange it in the vessel (lined with parchment paper which protrudes out of vessel so that later you can pull the icecram out ) you are going to set the icecream and press down well and refrigerate.Prepare apple pie filling by boiling water sugar cornstarch cinnamon powder nutmeg and then add the apple pieces keep atirring till apple becomes tender.Switch off flame and let it cool.
Meanwhile take the heavycream and beat till stiff peaks form.Add condensed milk and mix well.Add the cooled apple pie filling cinnamon powder and mix.Pour it on top of the chilled set biscuit base.Freeze for 12 hours.
After 12hours take the icecream container and pull out the set icecream by holding the protruding parchment paper ends.Cut them into small cubes using a knife.
Serve the bars by sprinkling a bit of biscuit powder on top and drizzle of caramel sauce(i used homemade...mmm..yum😊
