Chicken Pallipalayam

Ingredients
Chicken-1/2 kg cleaned and washed
Marination
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Ginger garlic crushed-1tbsp
salt to taste

Shallots-1/2 cup slices
Coconut pieces-1/4 cup
Crushed dry red chilly-1/3 cup or as per your taste
Turmeric-a pinch
Coriander powder-2tbsp
Chicken masala-1/4tbsp
Seasoning
Dry red chilly-4
Curry leaves-1tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken pieces with ingrdiwnts given under marination (turmeric,ginger garlic paste,salt) for 30 minutes.
After 30minutes heat oil in pan add shallots saute them and add coconut pieces saute well.Add turmeric coriander chicken masala crushed dry red chillies and saute till raw smell goes and add the marinated chicken pieces cover and cook wothout water if you want dry or if you want gravy type add half cup water.
Once cooked and oil seperates season and serve.
Your yummy Chicken pallipaalayam is ready.Goes well with chapathi,parottas,rice😊
