Chocolate flower shaped braided wheat bread

Wheat flour-1cup
Yeast-3/4tsp
Sugar-1tbsp
Warm water-1/2 cup
Veg oil-1 1/2 tbsp
salt apinch
Filling
Melted chocolate-1/4 cup
Apple dates nd nuts filling(optional)
Method
To the flour make a well in the middle and toss in yeast (i used instant..if not proof yeast in warm water and sugar till it is frothy)...salt oil and mix with flour add water little by little and form a smooth dough.I used half cup of water.Depends in the flour you use.So add water extra if required.And keep in warm place under wet towel for raising.After two hours if normal yeast.I took one hour for me..as it was instant..punch out air feom the doubled up dough and knead for five minutes and divide to two balls and roll them to a circle (i used plate to cut perfect shape.On one circle apply melted chocolate (i used plain galaxy chocolate) throughout and place the next rolled circle dough on top.Keep a lid in middle and cut four lines and then four more inside those. (As in pic).Now twist each cut part and join two by two to form a flower shape braided one.At middle circle its optional you can leave it plain or use any filling of your choice on top.I kept apple dates and nuts filling on top.
In preheated oven of 190c bake for 30minutes after brushing with milk or beaten egg on top.
