Fish cutlet

Ingredients
Kingfish -250gms (cooked with turmeric,pepperand salt with little water shredded in blender and kept)
Onion-1 small sized chopped
Ginger garlic crushed or paste-1tsp
Green chilly-2chopped
curry leaves-2tsp shredded
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Chilly powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Garam masala&meat masala-1/4tsp each
Fennel-1/2tsp
Pepper-1/4tsp
Potato peeled cooked and mashed-1/2 cup
Salt as required
Oil for shallow frying
Egg-1 beaten
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Method
Heat oil saute onion then add ginger garlic paste saute add all the powders and saute till raw smell goes.Dont burn it.Add the cooked and shredded fish and curry leaves and saute well adjust salt.
Add mashed potatoes (boil potatoes adding required salt).Mix and switch off flame.Form a dough with this.
Heat oil for shallow frying.Make small balls out of the dough and flatten it dip in the beaten egg roll in bread crumbs and start frying in medium flame.Flip sides till golden brown.
Your yummy Fish cutlet is ready....
