Badam (Almond) Halwa

Ingredients
Badam(Almond)-1/2 cup (soaked for four hours &skin peeled..if blanched ones soak for 2hrs)
Sugar-3/4cup
Milk-2/3cup
Ghee-4tbsps
Saffron-a pinch
cardamom powder-1tsp
Method
Take the soaked peeled badam (almonds) and drop into blender pour milk,add sugar,saffron and cardamom and blend till mixture is ground to smooth one.
In a heated pan add one tbsp ghee pour the mixture and start stirring in low flame.As the mixture begins to thicken add the remaining ghee in batches in between and keep stirring well to avoid it burning.
You can switch off flame once it starts leaving sides of pan and has acheived the right consistency

Pour to a greased pan immediately and let it cool in room temperature.
It will have a scooping consistency.Your yummy Badam (Almond) halwa is ready..
