No churn Eggless Carrot &Vanilla Icecream

Ingredients
Heavy cream-1 cup
Condensed milk-3/4 cup
Grated Carrot-1/4cup
Ghee-1tsp
Cardamom-a pinch
Saffron soaked in warm milk (a pinch)
Vanilla essence
orange food colour(optional)-a pinch
Method
Heat pan and saute grated carrot in one tsp of ghee till its cooked..add cardamom and saffron soaked in milk and switch off flame.
In a bowl beat heavy cream till it forms stiff peak.Add in vanilla also.Then blend in condensed milk well and divide the mixture to two halves.To one half mix a pinch of orange colour and the sauted carrot and start layering vanilla and the carrot layers alternating in the bowl which has to kept for setting the icecream.Refrigerate for 6 hours and serve..
