Chicken Wheat caterpillar mini bread (eggless)

Bread
Wheat flour-1cup
Butter-1tbsp
Honey-1tbsp
Yeast -1tsp
Warm water-1/3cup
Salt a pinch
Filling
Chicken shredded and boiled with salt and pepper-1/2 cup
Onion-1
Ginger garlic chopped-1/2tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Chilli powder-1tsp
Fennel -1/2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Tomato sauce-1tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt required
Method
Proof yeast in warm water along with honey for ten minutes in warm place.To the flour add butter salt and mix well add the frothy yeast mixture and knead well to form a smooth dough and keep it in warm place to raise for two hours (i used active dry yeast) covered with cling wrap.
Meanwhile make the filling.
Heat oil in pan saute onion add ginger garlic saute add all powders and saute till raw smell goes now add chicken salt curry leaves and tomato sauce mix well add a drop of water cover and cook for five mins).Your filling is ready.
Now after two hours punch out air from raised dough knead for sometime and shape like a log and cut into 6 pieces.
Roll out each piece in oval shape cut thin stripes on one side.keep the chicken filling in other side and roll and lap the strips one by one on top.
Do milkwash in top and keep half an hour for proofing.
After that do milkwash once more on top sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 mins in preheated oven at 200c. Reduce time nd temperature as per the type of your oven.
Your yummy caterpillar mini breads are ready to be digged in..yaay
