Eggless Blueberry Lemon cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
Yoghurt-3/4 cup
Butter-1/3 cup
Sugar-3/4cup
Milk-2 tbsp
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Fresh blueberries-1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive flour baking powder baking soda and salt and keep aside.Cream butter and sugar well.To this add yoghurt and mix well and add vanilla essence and mix well add in 2tbsps milk.
Now add the seived dry ingredients in two batches and fold in.
Toss the blueberries in 1 tbsp flour and add half of them into the batter very lightly without thawing it.
Pour the batter to greased cake pan (batter will be thick) and garnish remaining blueberries on top and bake for 45minutes till toothpick inserted comes clean.
Cool in rack and enjoy the soft yummy eggless version of blueberry cake with or without frosting...
