Eggless wheat dilkhush with banana filling

Recipe
Wheat flour-1 cup
Yeast-1 tsp
Honey-2tbsp
Milk-1/2 cup
Butter-1tbsp
Salt-a pinch
Filling
Grated coconut-1/4 cup
Banana-1
BrownSugar-5tbsp
Cardamom powder

Method
In warm milk add yeast and sugar and keep aside till its frothy and risen..then to flour adď salt and butter and honey and mix..to it add yeast mixed milk which has risen and mix and keep for five minutes then start kneading to make a soft dough.Add additional milk or water if required to form smooth dough.For me half cup was sufficient and keep aside for two hours in warm place covered with wet towel...
After two hours punch out the air in the risen dough and knead for ten mins..
Meanwhile prepare filling by cooking banana pieces in a drop of ghee and a pinch of brown sugar.Then add cardamom powder rest of brown sugar and grated coconut and mix well.
Make two balls out of dough..roll out two round or desired shape..keep the filling (all ingrdients under filling to be mixed well)on one and cover with the other and seal and roll on top slightly..make design of your creativity  on top or skip the design part keep it plain..with skewer prick small holes in betwen..keep under wet towel for 30mins for proofing..in preheated oven of 190c bake for 25mins till golden brown..yum eggless wheat dilkhush is ready😊
