Eggless Wheat Orange cake with frosting

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 cup
Butter-4tbsp
Condensed milk-110gms
Orange juice-1/2cup
Orange zest or essence-1tsp(i used orange zest)
Vinegar-3/4tbsp
Salt a pinch
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Baking powder-a pinch
Milk-2tbsp
Frosting
Fresh cream-1/2 cup
Icing sugar-4tbsp
Cream cheese-1tbsp
vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive and keep the dry ingredients like flour baking powder baking soda and salt ready.
Cream butter and add condensed milk and mix..to this add orange juice orange zest or essence and vinegar and mix well.
Now add the dry mixture little by little to the wet mixture and fold in.
If you feel batter is too thick add in milk also (i did).
Pour the batter to greased pan and bake for 25 minutes or till the toothpick inserted in the middle comes clean.Keep a watch after 25 minutes.
Cool the cake on rack.Meanwhile you can prepare frosting by beating fresh cream.with icing sugar and essence till stiff peaks form.Add in creamed up cream cheese and do the icing on cake as you desire.Its purely optional.You can have it plain also...it tastes so soft and yum with the orange flavour tickling your nostrils.....mmm...
