Eggless Wheat&Oatmeal pumpkin chocochip Biscotti

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1/2 cup
Oatmeal-1/2cup
Pumpkin puree-4tbsp
Honey-1tbsp
Veg oil-3tbsp
Brown sugar-1/2cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Baking powder-3/4tsp
Chocochips-1/4cup
Salt a pinch
Method
Mix flour Oatmeal salt and baking powder and keep aside.
Preheat oven to 160c.
Mix honey brown sugar and oil well.Add in Pumpkin puree and mix.Now add the dry mixture little by little and knead to a smooth dough and form a log shape on greased tray..Cut into slices half way.Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven.
Remove the tray and reduce oven temperature to 150c.cut the piecess fully and seperate them and keep on tray and bake for ten minutes and then flip side and bake again for ten minutes.
Cool them on rack.
