Namak pare/Spicy Diamond cuts

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1/2cup
All purpose flour-1/2 cup
Ghee or oil-1tbsp
Cumin seeds-1tsp
Ajwain seeds-1tsp
Black pepper powdered-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Baking soda-a pinch
Water
Method
Take the flours mix required salt baking soda mix in cumin seeds ajwain black pepper powder.Add oil and start kneading adding water little by little to form a firm dough.
Let it rest for five minutes.Meanwhile heat oil in pan.
Take the dough and roll out flat and cut strips un diamond shapes.
Now start frying each pieces in batches in hot oil till crispy golden brown.
Dab them in tissue paper and store in airtight container once cooled and enjoooooyyy relishing them...
