Ingredients
Puff pastry sheets-6 small square sheets
Filling
Dessicated coconut-1/4cup
Pista,almond,walnut-1tbsp each grounded coarse or crushed
Raisins-1tbsp
Sugar-1tbsp
Milk-1cup
Sugar-3/4cup
Rose essence
Method
Preheat oven to 200c.
Mix dessicated coconut nuts raisins and sugar together.
Take each square of puff pastry sheet and roll slightly keep the filling inside and seal the ends as given in the picture below.
Keep the sealed puff pastry with filling in a tray lined and greased and bake at 200c for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile boil milk with sugar well and add rose essence and switch off flame.
Arrange the baked puff pastry with filling in a bowl and serve by pouring milk on it to soak.
