Unniyappam/Sweet Rice fritters

Ingredients
Raw rice-1/2cup (soak in water for 4 hours)
Jaggery melted in little water-1/3cup
Banana-1
Wheat flour-1tbsp
Baking soda-a pinch or soak 1 kerala papadam in water for ten minutes and grind in
Sesame seeds-1tbsp
Coconut pieces roasted in ghee-1tbsp
Cardamom powder-1tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Grind the soaked rice to coarse powder after completely draining the water.Then grind banana and add it to the ground rice powder.Add wheat flour baking soda roasted coconut pieces sesame seeds salt cardamom powder and then pour the melted jaggery to the mixture and mix well to form a thick batter.Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes heat oil in the unniyappam mould/appe pan and pour a laddle of batter into each hole.Flip sides and cook in low flame till golden brown.
Your delicious Unniyappam is ready to be devoured...
