Apple Kesari/Sheera

Ingredients
Semolina/Rava-1/2cup
Sugar-2/3 cup or use 1/2cup if you prefer less sweeter
Water-1cup
Apple peeled cubed-1
Ghee-1/4cup
Cashew and raisins-1tbsp
Warm Milk-1tbsp
Saffron-a pinch
Cardamom-1tsp
Method
In a hot pan add a tbsp ghee roast raisins and cashew add semolina to it and roast.Soak saffron in warm milk.Meanwhile boil water add cubed apple pieces add saffron milk.Now add the semolina cashew raisin mixture to the boiled water with apple and saffron milk and stir without lumps add in sugar and stir well.Add rest of the ghee and keep stirring till it cooks well and leaves the sides of pan.
