Wheat flour-2 1/2 cup
Yeast-2tsp
Warm milk-3/4cup
Honey-2tbsp
Butter-2tbsp
Milk powder-2tbsp
Salt-a pinch
Method
Mix yeast and honey in warm milk and keep aside for fermenting..to the flour add salt milk powder and butter and mix well..to this add the fermented frothy warm yeast water and form a smooth dough..and keep covered with wet towel in a warm place for raising..for around 1 1/2 hours..after that punch out the air knead well for ten minutes and roll the dough little flat with hands and fold it to a loaf shape and transfer to a greased loaf pan and cover with wet towel and keep for raising again for one hour.after an hour do milk wash on top and bake it on 190c for 35mins..ur yummy soft bread is ready😊
