All purpose flour-3/4 cup
Sugar-2/3 cup
Cocoa powder-2tbsp
Butter-1/4 cup
Egg-1
Butter milk-1/3 cup
Baking powder-3/4 tsp
Vanilla essence-3/4tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive flour cocoa powder bajing powder and salt and keep aside.
Cream butter and sugar.To this add egg and vanilla essence and beat well.Now add buttermilk and seived dry ingredients in three batches and fold in.
Spoon batter to lined cupcake liners.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Your yummy moist and soft chocolate cupcakes are ready.
Adjust the baking time and temperature as per your oven type.
