All purpose flour-1/2 cup
Pecans or cashews chopped-2tbsps
Firmly packed brown sugar-1/3cup
Butter-1tbsp
Cinnamon powder-1/2tsp
Batter
All purpose flour-1 cup
Butter-1/2 cup
Egg-1
Firmly packed brown sugar-1/2cup
Granulated sugar-1/3 cup
Milk-1/3cup
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Beat butter brown sugar and granulated sugar well.Add in egg and essence and beat till fluffy.Now seive flour baking powder and salt and fold in to the wet ingredient alternating with milk.
Pour the batter to the greased pan.Now mix the ingredients under topping till it resembles sand or crumbs.
Now sprinkle this on top of the batter throughout and bake for 35 minutes that is till the skewer comes out clean and surface becomes golden brown.
Cool the cake on rack and have them...
Mmmm...the yummiest Coffee cake you will ever have😍
