Easy Chocolate croissant recipe

Ingredients
All purpose flour-1 cup
Butter-100gms
Yeast-3/4tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Lukewarm milk-1/3cup
Chocolate of any type
Egg-1 (for egg wash)
Salt a pinch
Method
Proof yeast in lukewarm milk and sugar.To the flour add salt and butter and add the frothy yeast mixture and just knead roughly and wrap in cling and freeze for 30 minutes.After 30 minutes dust the surface with flour and slowly roll out the dough lengthwise and fold both ends towards middle roll and fold opposite sides like envelope and roll out likewise fold and roll four times dusting with extra flour and you will get a smooth folded dough.Now freeze it four minimum of 4 hours and keep for an hour in refrigerator down.
Take out the dough and dusting flour roll out lengthwise and cut zigzag cone shapes.Take out each cone make a small cut as shown in picture below keep a chocolate chunk and roll and keep on lined baking tray.Likewise do with the rest.
Do egg wash on top by beating egg well and brushing on top.
Keep in warm place for 30 minutes for proofing.
Preheat oven to 230c.
Do eggwash on proofed dough rolls and bake for 8 minutes reduce temperature to 190c and bake for 15minutes ie till golden brown on top.
