Eggless Fluffy Buns

Ingredients
All purpose flour-2cups
Yeast-2tsp(I used active dry yeast)
Lukewarm milk-1/2 cup
Sugar-2tsp
Veg oil-2tbsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Mix yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk and keep aside for ten minutes to ferment.
Now to the floyr add salt and oil and mix well and add the fermented frothy yeast mixture and knead well till dough becomes smooth (around 8 minutes it took for me).
Now keep the dough in a oil greased vessel covered with cling wrap for an hour in warm place.
After an hour take the doubled up dough punch out air on a oil sprinkled surface place the dough, stretch and fold twice and keep covered in a vessel for another one hour.
After an hour take the doubled up dough punch out air and cut into 6 portions.
Now take each portion make a fine bun balls as given in the picture below and place on  the lined baking tray.(I used parchment paper rings around each bun to avoid it flattening too much and sticking with each other..Now keep them for 45 minutes till its proofed well.Now brush water or butter on top (I used water).
Preheat oven to 180c and bake for 15 minutes.
Your fluffiest delicious buns are ready.
