Kuzhi paniyaram

Recipe
Ingredients
Idli batter-1 cup
Shallots-10 sliced
Green chilly-2
Grated coconut-1tbsp
Sago soaked in water-1tbsp
Mustard-1tsp
Salt required

Method
Soak sago in little water for 30 minutes.Splutter mustard in hot oil and add onion daute add green chillies and grated coconut saute.Add it to the idli batter.Grind the soaked sago to paste and also add to batter.Adjust salt.Now pour 3/4th oil in paniyaram mould and once hot pour batter in them.Flip and cook till crisp.
Your yummy Kuzhi paniyaram is ready.Serve with your favourite chutney...
