Little Hearts Biscuits/Palmiers Cookies/Elephants ears

Ingredients
Puff pastry sheet-1 (I used homemade)
Sugar-1/4 cup
Egg-1 (for wash)
Method
Thaw and roll out puff pastry sheet sprinkle sugar generously on top start folding from both both ends towards the middle and do egg wash before you join both end rolls and do egg wash on top too and feeeze for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes preheat oven to 180c.
Take the roll and cut into small portions and do egg wash on top and place each on lined baking tray.Sprinkle more sugar.
Bake for 10 minutes initially flip sides and bake for another 8 minutes.
Your tasty crunchy Little hearts are ready...
