Neyyappam

Ingredients
Raw rice soaked for four hours and drained-1 cup
Jaggery-1/2 cup melted and filtered
Wheat flour-1tbsp
Salt-a pinch
Coconut pieces- three tbspns
Sesame seed-1tsp
Cardamom powder-2tspn
Cumin seed-1tsp
ghee-2tspn
Method
To the soaked drained rice add melted jaggery and grind to smooth batter.To this batter add salt wheat flour sesame seeds cardamom cumin seeds and fry the coconut pieces slightly and add in and mix well.Keep the batter for 4-5 hours and then start making neyyapam with two tspns ghee n coconut oil..make one by one...in a small round kadai or in appam pan or in your neyyappam mould.
I made them in my small kadaai.
Your tasty neyyappams are ready...
