Ingredients
Raw rice-1/4cup (soaked for 3 hours)
Urad dal-2tbsp(soaked)
Sugar-1/4cup
Water-2tbsp
Honey-1tbsp
Baking soda-a pinch
Food colour-a pinch
Method
Soak raw rice and urad dal for 3 hours.After 3 hours drain and grind with very less water to a smooth paste or coarse paste (i made coarse dor the crunch).Add baking soda and food colour to the ground paste.
Boil sugar in water alomg with honey well.Heat oil and using a small spoon drop the batter in drops to hot oil and fry well till crispy.
Once fried drop them in sugar syrup for 2-3minutes and take out and roll in little sugar.
