Bakery style Ghee cake

Ingredients
All purpose flour-3/4 cup
Powdered Sugar-1/2 cup
Ghee-4tbsps
Eggs-2
Heavy cream-1/4 cup
Baking powder-3/4tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Cream ghee and powdered sugar well.Add egg one by one to it and beat till fluffy and creamy.
Add heavy cream to it and mix well.
To this mixture seive and add flour baking powder and salt in batches ie 2tbsps each time and fold in.
Dont overmix also.
Pour the batter in greased and lined pan.
Bake for 25-30minutes ie till the toothpick or skewer inserted at the middle comes clean.
