Eggless wheat carrot cake

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1 cup
Yoghurt-3/4cup
Briwn sugar-3/4cup
Veg oil-1/4 cup
Milk-4tbsp
Grated carrot-1/2cup
Baking powder-1/2tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Salt a pinch
Ground cinnamon,nutmeg,cardamom,ginger powder-1/2tsp altogether or you can use cinnamon alone
Cashews or walnuts chopped-2tbsp
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Mix yoghurt oil brown sugar and milk well.Seive flour salt spice powders baking soda and baking powder to the wet mixture and fold in well.
Add grated carrot and few crushed cashews or walnuts too and fold.
Now pour the batter to the lined greased pan and sprinkle rest of the nuts on top.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes based on your oven heat.Insert toothpick at the middle to check if it comes out clean.
Let it remain in the pan for 10 minutes after oven is put off
Then transfer it to wire rack and let it cool completely before you cut.
The delicious moist Carrot cake is ready😋
