Mango Kulfi (no cooking)

Ingredients
Mango-3/4 cup cubed
Milk-1/2 cup
Heavy cream-1/2 cup
Condensed milk-1/2 cup
Saffron soaked in warm water-few strands
Cardamom powder-1/2tsp
Method
Blend mango milk cream condensed milk along with saffron cardamom in a blender till smooth.
Pour into kulfi moulds or kulhad or glasses or pan.
Freeze for minimum four hours.
While serving just dip the mould or glass in room temperature water for two minutes and take out the kulfi.Garnish with pistachios or saffron or have it just like that...yum..
