Eggless wheat oats cake

Ingredients
Wheat flour-1cup
Powdered oats-1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar-1cup
Cocoa powder-2tbsp
Lukewarm milk-1cup
Vegetable oil-1/2cup
Baking powder-1tsp
Baking soda-1tsp
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Salt a pinch
Method
Preheat oven to 180c.
Seive wheatflour powdered oats baking powder baking soda cocoa powder and salt together and keep aside.
To the lukewarm milk add powdered sugar mix well and then add vegetable oil and essence and mix well.
To this mixture add the seived dry mixture and fold in till lump free.
Pour the batter in greased lined pan and bake for 45 minutes ie till the toothpick or skewer inserted at the middle of cake comes out clean.
Your softest delicious Eggless wheat oats cake is ready.
Cool on rack and then cut and serve as such or use frosting.
