Ottada Appam(Eggless)

Ingredients
Raw rice soaked for 3 hours-1cup
Grated coconut-1/2cup
Cooked rice-1/3cup
Hot water as required
Salt as required
Method
Grind the soaked raw rice grated coconut cooked rice with hot water required to get a batter like dosa.
Keep the batter for 20 minutes.
Actually this appam is made in an earthern pot meant for making such appams.Since I didnt have one used non stick pan.
After 20minutes add required salt and pour a laddle of batter to heated pan
Cover and cook.You will see tiny holes coming up because of which this appam got its name.
If you are using egg omit cooked rice and use one egg for 1 cup raw rice and normal water instead of hot water.The holes will be more visible in egg version.
Your yummy ottada appam is ready.
