Palaada/Rice flour crepes

Ingredients
Raw rice(soaked for atleast 3 hours)-1cup
Coconut milk-1/2 cup
Water-as required
Egg-1
Salt as required
Method
Grind the soaked raw rice with coconut milk and water (the batter consistency has to be watery) .Add an egg and grind again to smooth runny batter.Add required salt.(as in pic)
Now heat a wide non stick pan pour a big laddle of batter and spread it throughout the pan's width holding its handle.
Let it get cooked.When it leaves the sides of pan slightly lift the sides with your hand and flip it on to a plate.
Your delicious Palaada or Rice flour crepes are ready.Fold it in whichever shape you like..
Serve with any veg or non veg gravy...
