Potato Nuggets

Ingredients
Potato boiled and mashed-2
Bread crumbs-1/3 cup+3tbsp
Corn flour-1 1/2tbsp+2tbsp
Grated cheese(Parmesan or Cheddar)-2tbsp
Red chilly flakes-1tsp
Garlic pods crushed or grated-2
Oregano-1tsp
Salt as required
Method
Combine mashed potatoes 1/3cup bread crumbs 11/2tbsp cornflour grated cheese red chilly flakes garlic oregano and required salt and knead to form a dough.Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
Prepare corn flour slurry adding the 2tbsp cornflour with 3tbsp water.Keep the 3 tbsp bread crumbs ready for rolling the nuggets in.
After 30 minutes take out the dough and take lemon sized dough and shape into nuggets.Dip each nugget in cornflour slurry and roll in breadcrumbs and keep.Keep these shaped coated nugget dough in freezer for 30minutes to 1 hour.
Heat oil in pan.Flip sides and fry till golden brown.Drain in tissue paper.
Your crispy yummy Potato nuggets are ready.
