Banana Toffee in Caramel Cage

Ingredients
Banana Toffee
Ripe banana-1 big
All purpose flour & corn flour-2tbsp each
Water required
Sugar/brown sugar-5tbsp
Sesame seeds-1tsp
Ice cubes
Oil for shallow fry
Caramel cage
Sugar-6tbsp
Method
Banana toffee
Peel and cut banana to roundels.Make batter with flours adding water.
Heat oil dip banana roundels in the batter and shallow fry both sides.Caramelise sugar and dip the fried banana roundels in it and place on ice cubes to set.Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Its best when served with icecream..
