Mango Payasam/Kheer

Ingredients
Milk-2cups
Basmati rice-2 full tbsps
Sugar-1/2cup or more if you want it sweeter
Condensed milk-1tbsp
Mango pureed-1/2 cup
Saffron a pinch
Cardamom powder a pinch
Pistachios or cashews crushed
Method
Coarsely grind rice in mixer jar.
In a pressure cooker keep a bowl with milk and the ground rice along with little water in cooker.You can keep a teaspoon inside milk bowl to avoid overflowing while boiling.
Pressure cook for 2 whistles.Remove the cooked milk and rice out and add sugar and saffron and heat.
Once a small boil comes switch off adding cardamom.
Once it cools down little add mango puree snd mix well.
Serve with cashews or pistachios or even mango cubes on top.
Your delicious Mango kheer/payasam is ready.
